Alex is a bartender with over 10 years of experience crafting the finest cocktails with the freshest ingredients. He grew up making classic cocktails in his family's legendary Greek restaurant in Minnesota. After moving to LA, he joined the bar team at Rivera Restaurant, where contributed to the bar's 3 James Beard Award nominations. His bar program at Good Housekeeping was awarded LA Weekly's Best New Cocktail Bar. Alex has experience training seasoned bartenders, cocktail enthusiasts, and people who just want a good drink at home, both in person and online. Alex is currently living and working in Chicago with his fiancée and corgi.

Los Angeles Sour
An invigorating take on
a classic drink
1.5 oz Bourbon
0.5 oz Peach Liqueur
0.75 oz Lemon
0.5 oz Simple syrup
1 dash Habanero Bitters
1 Egg White
0.25 oz Blanc Vermouth (to float)
In a shaking tin, add all the ingredients but Blanc Vermouth and shake without ice (dry shake) Add ice, seal the shaker and shake vigorously. Fine strain (double strain) into a chilled rocks glass (no ice in glass).
Float Blanc Vermouth on top of drink and enjoy.
